Where we typically step in

E-commerce, software and services businesses call us at the same moments. These are the situations we know best.

E-commerce · DTC brand

Approval rate slipping as the brand expands abroad

International orders decline far more often than domestic ones, and nobody can say why.

What we do

Decline-code analysis by issuer country, local acquiring options, 3-D Secure tuning and local payment methods per market.

Software · Subscription

A processor asks for a rolling reserve

Monthly volume grew fast; the processor now holds a share of every payout pending review.

What we do

A complete review file, dunning and refund policy fixes, and a volume ramp-up plan to present to the risk team.

Services · Coaching & education

Customers want to pay in instalments

High-ticket programmes lose buyers at checkout; ad hoc payment plans create disputes months later.

What we do

BNPL eligibility, a clear instalment policy, contract and evidence templates that hold up in a dispute.

Agency · Multi-client

Applying to a processor for the first time

A new entity, a new website, and an application the agency only gets one clean chance at.

What we do

Pre-onboarding review of the site and policies, the right entity and descriptor, and an underwriting file ready on day one.

E-commerce · Marketplace

Dispute ratio approaching network thresholds

Chargebacks arrive weeks after delivery and the team answers each one by hand.

What we do

Training on the dispute lifecycle, pre-dispute alerts, automated refunds and evidence templates per reason code.

Software · Founder-led

Choosing an entity before the first sale

The founders live in one country, sell in others, and want the processors and payment options that suit them.

What we do

Jurisdiction and tax-residency review with their advisers, processor eligibility mapping and banking setup.

Questions we are often asked.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Is PaySafe a payment processor?

No. PaySafe is an independent consultancy. We never sit in your payment flow or hold your funds: we help you choose, configure and work with the providers that do.

Who do you work with?

E-commerce brands, software and subscription companies, and service businesses such as agencies, coaching and education, from a first processor application to multi-entity setups.

How does an engagement start?

With a free 30-minute diagnostic call. If there is a fit, we send a written scope and a fixed fee before any work begins.

My account is under review or was closed. Can you help?

Yes. We identify what triggered the review, help you prepare a complete and accurate response, and fix the underlying causes so it does not happen again.

Do you replace our lawyer or accountant?

No. We bring the payments view and work alongside your legal and tax advisers, who sign off on legal and tax matters.

Which processors do you know?

Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Klarna and most major acquirers and payment platforms. We are not paid by any of them.

Is our information kept confidential?

Always. We sign an NDA on request, and nothing you share is used outside your engagement.

Let’s look at how you get paid.
